Leadership
Founding Partner
Michael Levinson is the founding and managing partner of TRUSTMEL Capital, a privately held, multifamily investment company, and has been investing in real estate for over 10 years. At the age of 27, he acquired his first rental property after learning the ropes from his clients/mentors as a Multi Family Relationship Manager for some of the country's largest lenders. Michael has been involved in over $1.5 billion of multifamily transactions in his career.
Founding Partner
Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units throughout five states, nearing $300MM. He sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.

Ryan has used his knowledge as a Managing Partner to grow his multifamily portfolio by over $200MM. Over the past 20 years, Ryan has become an experienced underwriter who has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.

With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
